United Statesi was unclear on how the end product would turn out so i contacted customer service. i spoke to the same person on different occasions. they oversaw the project from start to finish and it turned out GREAT
United StatesThey did a great job. Only complaint was the box is a rectangle to match the flask size so when you open the box as it reads from the top- the flask only fits horizontally and doesn’t present as wonderfully as it could as you have to turn it to read the engraving, but this is minor.

I asked for one of my flasks to be engraved differently and while it was, they left half of the initial message from the other ones engraved on the one.

FLASKS: My groomsmen were thoroughly impressed, and the personalization of their 'titles; stuck with them in a way no amount of $$$ I could have lavished over the gifts could have. Affordable, long lasting and meaningful - who could ask for anything more? BOXES: Though not as important, I felt the quality of the box was a bit lacking only due to it's light weight (not sure the wood you used). I feel another more solid (but obviously more $$) option should be given though I know it'd be heavier to ship. Thanks again!
