United StatesI recently purchased the Gentlemen's Duffle as a gift. When it arrived I kept it in the box for easy gift wrapping. When it was opened I was upset to see there was NO engraving on the bag that I had ordered and the bag is smaller in person than it appears in the photo. I gave it as a gift and explained it was supposed to have his initials, and I would report it did not, but did not want to ask for the bag back to return! Otherwise the quality is good and he, seemed very pleased with it.
