    Does the frame come with a photo, or do I need to provide one?

    Most of our frames come without a photo — you'll need to provide your own. Standard 4x6 or 5x7 prints work for most styles, and you can get those from any photo lab, Walgreens, CVS, or even a home printer.

    The one exception is our light boxes, which are made from wood with an acrylic panel — the photo is laser engraved directly into the acrylic, so no separate print is needed. Everything is built into the box itself.

    What can I have engraved on the frame?

    Most of our frames can be engraved with a name, a date, a short message, or a combination. Some styles are designed around specific occasions — Father's Day, weddings, new babies — with layouts that fit those moments.

    Can I use this to frame something other than a photo?

    Absolutely. Our frames work great for displaying certificates, diplomas, kids' artwork, or any flat memento that fits the frame size.

    For a retirement gift or graduation, a lot of people frame the diploma or a meaningful certificate alongside a short engraved message on the frame itself.

    How long does shipping take?

    Many products ship within 1-2 business days from our facility in Monroe, CT and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Some products can take longer in production, so for the most accurate shipping time on this item, see the estimate displayed beneath the add to cart button. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

    What is your return policy?

    Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost.
