Payment accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Sales Tax  -Any orders shipped outside Connecticut will not be charged sales tax; items sent within Connecticut will be charged sales tax of 6%.

Shipping & Handling -We do not believe in gouging our customers on shipping! Shipping costs are calculated to cover packaging, postage, delivery confirmation and payment processing fees. For larger orders, will refund any excess shipping charges once total cost has been determined.

Please allow 1-2 days processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. All packages are sent through the USPS through first class or priority mail. 

International Shipping - will ship to international destinations with appropriate product information; however is not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges for any reason.  Please visit our international shipping page for more information. will ship some of our gifts to Canada, and other international destinations; however, we cannot offer the same shipping prices and promotions that we offer to customers in the United States of America.

Please know the laws of your country and what can be shipped into your country. will not be responsible for any items that customs removes from packages because they do not clear customs.  Some items such as knives and hatchets are not permitted to be shipped into certain countries. We cannot offer a refund for items that are engraved do not clear customs.  

Returns and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as GroovyGuyGiftscannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization can be returned. 

Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. does require the defective merchandise to be returned, and a postage-paid envelope for the return will be included in your replacement shipment.  You can read our full refund policy here.

Once payment is made, this confirms all details of your order. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order is confirmed.

Backorders  -In the unfortunate case that we should be out of something in your order, we will contact you by email immediately to suggest an alternative or provide an estimated timeline for delivery.
