If you would like your logo added, please pick "Logo" under the Customization option above the add to cart and upload the image that you would like engraved on the flask. Our team reviews all the images and will contact you if we have issues engraving the logo you upload.
Custom Text
If you would like the custom text on the flask, pick "Custom Text" in the Customization option above add it to the cart, and enter the text (and any notes) you would like on the divot tool.
There is a minimum order of 10 divot tools for logo orders.

Is personalization/engraving really free?
Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but you can check the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for your order.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via livechat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via livechat during our business hours. Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
