How to Personalize
To order the product, click on the "Choose File" button that appears above the add to cart button and find the picture that you would like engraved. Ideally the picture you send over is taken with your phone because it will be a larger file with a higher resolution, but if you don't have any you can also find good pictures on Facebook or Instagram. Please make sure the picture is a high-quality image that is large resolution.
Please enter the words that you would like placed around the picture in the personalization box that appears above the add to cart button. We can fit up to 10 words around the image.

Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but you can check the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for your order.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via livechat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
