United StatesI ordered this item for a gift and it was delivered on time, at no fault of the company, it was stolen along with the rest of the mail. I called the company and they told me to talk to the post office to file a claim. When I did they told me to talk to the company because the company insured the items shipping. We haven’t received any word back from the company on whether they are shipping a replacement or if I’ll get a refund.
