CanadaI purchased the traveler cigar case. Had my best man and groomsmen groomsmen initials play placed on the cigar cases. Change my order after placing it, with no headaches.. Great customer service. One of my cigar cases had a slight stain on the inside which could not be removed but wasn't a big deal. Recommend using this company for custom gifts.

United StatesThe item although very basic does a good job of protecting your cigars from damage and looks great with the letting available. You need to put in a packet or they will dry out quickly though. I would recommend 100%

United StatesThe overall experience was AMAZING. I bought the Traveling Cigarman for a friend and had it shipped directly to him. While in transit, the truck it was on caught fire and was considered a total loss. I reached out to Groovy Guy Gifts via their Customer Service email, explained what happened and provided proof and another one was made and sent out. Once it was received, my friend loved it. He said that it was a dope gift, he loved that it was customized and he said that it looks really good, from a quality standpoint. I will definitely not only be purchasing another one of these, per the request of another friend, but I will default to this site for my male friends and family members who love cigars and spirits.
