The add shows the duffle in the back of a truck bed, stretching from side to side. In reality it would struggle to reach half way. Still good construction, so I kept them since they were personalized and gifts.

Asked for pictures. Sent them. Then said the toiletry bag was correct and the duffle bag was the only thing wrong. Not true. Toiletry bag is wrong color. Had to send more pics. Haven’t heard back from them since. I was looking forward to giving this to my nephew for his 21st birthday gift. So disappointed.

United StatesThe bag is good quality, the personalized engraving looks great. This is a big bag so a true weekend bag! The only issue is that the leather part on the closing flap was scratched. I know the leather parts will be scratched, but since I gave this as a present, it should have arrived pristine.
