Hello Abigail, It seems we have talked over email. Unfortunatley once we ship an order out we are no longer in control of the process the carrier takes it through. We provide ETA's based on shipping schedules not taking into consideration any delays due to weather, review, etc. We have been monitoring your order and the new ETA is February 21st.
