    What kind of photo gives the best result?

    A clear, high-resolution photo with good contrast gives the best result. The sharper and more defined the image, the more detailed and striking the final product will be.

    For our light boxes specifically, the photo is laser engraved directly into an acrylic panel, so images with a clear subject against a defined background produce the most striking results. A blurry or low-light phone photo will produce a blurry result. If you are not sure about your photo, reach out before ordering and we will tell you honestly.

    Do I need to send the photo before my order ships?

    You can upload your photo before placing your order, there’s an “Upload Photo” option right on the product page. For most of our gifts, you’ll even be able to see a live preview and adjust your image before adding the item to your cart.

    Our team still reviews every photo before production to ensure the best results. If there’s any issue with your image, we’ll contact you right away before moving forward, so there’s no risk of the wrong photo ending up on your gift.

    Is the photo printed on the product, or is it done a different way?

    It depends on the item. For our photo light boxes, the image is laser engraved directly into the acrylic panel, no ink, no printing. The photo is permanently etched into the material itself and glows beautifully when the light is on.

    For photo blankets and other fabric items, the image is printed using a process designed to hold up through regular washing. Each product page explains the method used for that specific item.

    What happens if I'm not happy with how my photo turned out?

    We review every photo submission before going into production, so if there's an issue with your image, we contact you first. If we make any error on our end (wrong engraving, print defect, production mistake), we replace the item at no charge, no questions asked.

    Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged once produced correctly, since they're made specifically for you, so reaching out to us before ordering if you're unsure about your photo is always the right call.

    How long does shipping take?

    Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but you can check the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for your order.

    What is your return policy?

    Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost.
