Custom Photo Gifts
A photo gift only works if the photo is the right one, which is the part nobody tells you. Get that right and it is the most personal thing you can give, because nobody else on earth could have ordered it. Every piece here is made to order in Monroe, Connecticut and ships in 1 to 2 business days.
Not sure where to start?
The Animated Light-Up Picture Frame is the one people react to, because the image lights up rather than sitting flat behind glass.
For something he uses rather than displays, the Snapshot Personalized Photo Beer Glass etches the photo into the glass itself and goes in the cabinet with the others.

Photo gifts split by whether the picture gets displayed or carried.
How to Choose a Photo Gift
Most disappointing photo gifts fail for one of two reasons. The picture was wrong for the product, or the product was wrong for the room.
Pick the photo before the product. A tight shot of two faces works on a glass or a slate. A wide landscape with six people in it does not, because the detail disappears at that size. Choose the image first and let it decide the format.
Check the resolution. A photo screenshot from a text message will look soft when it is printed at full size. An original from a phone camera is almost always fine. If it looks sharp full-screen it will print well.
Decide whether it goes on a wall or in his hand. Frames and slates get displayed. Glassware and blankets get used. Both are good gifts, they just live in different parts of the house.
Why a photo gift beats a better version of something he owns
Every other gift on this site can be bought by somebody else for somebody else. A photo gift cannot. It is the one category where the thing itself is almost beside the point, because what you are actually giving is the fact that you picked that particular picture. That is why they get kept long after nicer objects get replaced.
How Much Should You Spend on a Photo Gift?
Photo gifts run from about 30 dollars for glassware to 70 for a woven blanket, and the format sets the price more than the quality does.
Photo glassware like the Custom Photo Whiskey Glass and the Sentimental Keepsake Photo Box.
Frames, slates and puzzles including the Endless Bond Personalized Photo Slate and the Cherished Memories Photo Puzzle.
Woven blankets such as the Unforgettable Love Photo Blanket, which is the piece people cry at.
Who Are You Shopping For?
A husband or partner. One photo of the two of you beats a collage every time. Collages read as a project, a single image reads as a moment.
A dad or grandfather. Use a photo with the kids or grandkids in it. At that age the picture matters more than the object it is printed on.
Someone who lost a pet. Pet Memorial Gifts is the right page rather than this one, and the wording on those pieces is written for it.
A man who says he wants nothing. This is the category that works on him. He cannot claim he already has one, because nobody else has that photo.
Every photo gift is made to order in Monroe, Connecticut and ships in 1 to 2 business days.
