    Is the personalization on the tumblers engraved or printed?

    All personalization is done through laser engraving, not printing. Your name, initials, or message is etched directly into the surface — permanent, clean, and won't fade or rub off even after years of daily use.

    No stickers, no decals. Just a sharp, lasting impression.

    Do these tumblers actually keep drinks hot or cold?

    Yes — all of our insulated tumblers use double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 12 hours.

    The insulation is comparable to the big name tumbler brands, with the added bonus of personalization.

    Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

    The engraving is permanent and unaffected by washing. That said, hand washing is always the better option — dishwasher heat can degrade the vacuum seal over time and reduce insulation effectiveness.

    A quick rinse with warm water and dish soap is all you need.

    What sizes do the tumblers come in?

    We carry a range of sizes, most commonly 20 oz, 30 oz, and 40 oz.

    The 20 oz is great for coffee. The 30 oz is the everyday sweet spot for most guys. The 40 oz is ideal for long days, workouts, or anyone who hates having to refill constantly.

    How long does shipping take?

    Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but you can check the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for your order.

    What is your return policy?

    Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost.
