Shipping Outside the United States
We ship personalized gifts to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Every order ships from the United States, so here is what to expect on cost, timing and customs.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 8 to 14 business days. Gifts made in our Connecticut workshop usually ship within 2 business days of your order. We do not offer expedited international shipping, because customs clearance time is outside our control.

Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only, because shipping overseas costs us much more.
Prices, duties and taxes
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your card company converts the amount to your currency.
- Your country's customs office may charge duties or taxes when the package arrives. These are the customer's responsibility.
- A personalized order that is refused at delivery to avoid duties cannot be refunded, because it was made just for you.
Returns
Personalized gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case we will replace them. Non-personalized items can be returned under our Refund Policy. International return shipping, the original shipping charge and any duties are not refundable.
