How to Personalize
- Choose a cover color: Black, Rawhide or Gray.
- Upload your logo. A high-resolution JPG, PNG, PDF or vector file works best, and black and white logos engrave the cleanest.
- Name (optional): engraved in capital letters. Up to 24 characters, or leave it blank.
- Bottom line (optional): a title or a short thank you. Up to 60 characters.

Yes, every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?

We will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes to personalization are not possible and once it is shipped changes to the shipping address is not possible.
