HOW TO ORDER:
1. WOOD SIZE AND WOOD TYPE:
You make this selection in the drop-down menu. All of our cutting boards are 3/4" thick. Please allow for minor variations in the thickness and overall size due to the handmade nature of our cutting boards. You can view more photos in the listing to see all of our wood types and sizes.
2. PERSONALIZATION:
We will need the names to engrave below "DAD". (Best Dad is automatically included in personalization)

BOARD COLOR/ENGRAVING COLOR VARIATIONS:
No two cutting boards have the same grain pattern. All of the cutting boards are hand-made from US-grown walnut and maple, and due to the natural nature of the wood, boards may engrave lighter or darker than the listing photos show, due to differences in wood density. Board color may vary slightly depending on the tree the wood was cut from.

Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but you can check the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for your order.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via live chat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
