United StatesThe product itself is nice and good quality. I would’ve given 5 stars for the product. Im only giving 4 because I was completely misled and disappointed by their shipping quote. Item was ordered Dec 13 and delivered Jan 4 when it was originally quoted to be delivered Dec 22. It actually shipped out on the quoted delivery date and then was delayed further than that in the shipping process so my gifts didn’t make it in time. And contacting the seller was not helpful. I was told it takes 8-12 business days door to door while the website gave 2-6 day delivery time.I know once it left the facility it was out of their control but I was very disappointed that the processing time was misrepresented in the website prior to ordering. During the holidays, I understand that sometimes processing takes longer but I would’ve appreciated that being stated upfront, rather than after my order was placed and paid.
