I inquired with the company via chat and was instructed to send a email in order to get my issue resolved. As of yet, no one has replied to my email.

United StatesProduct arrived quickly during busy holiday season. Quality is very good. Arrived as advertised and as expected.
United StatesI received the package on time. The only concern is that it would be nice if the bag was wrapped in something to protect it. It was literally just the bag inside the brown shipping box. It could have gotten wet if the box was wet, it kind of felt wet but that could be from the cold weather. The bag itself is a good size, a little larger than I pictured. Stitching is good too.
