i was unclear on how the end product would turn out so i contacted customer service. i spoke to the same person on different occasions. they oversaw the project from start to finish and it turned out GREAT

They did a great job. Only complaint was the box is a rectangle to match the flask size so when you open the box as it reads from the top- the flask only fits horizontally and doesn’t present as wonderfully as it could as you have to turn it to read the engraving, but this is minor.

Great flasks!

I ordered 14 flasks for groomsman and other gifts. 3 of them were incorrect which was probably due to the amount ordered. I sent them pictures and they sent 3 new ones, 1 of which was also incorrect. I told them again and they sent the correct one. 4 stars because it took 3 tries to get them all right and I had to give them after my wedding but I would definitely order again because when they are correct, they look very good and I think it’s a reasonable price. They were also very helpful in correcting their mistake and very nice about it so I did appreciate that. I definitely do recommend as a groomsman gift!

Great value

The flask in a casket was a pretty cool gift. The flask turned out beautifully, and while I feel like the "casket" is made from lower quality wood, it still looks great. Overall I'm very pleased.

Excellent Product

I am almost completely satisfied with my purchase. I was having difficulty figuring out what the five line of text on the design I picked were at and tried to do a chat. Even though chat is advertised as always available I received a messages saying it was not available. So I sent a ticket in instead. Recidivist a response a few hours later appeases me and I ordered my gifts and was assured I would be sent a proof of all my customizations, just in case it was not how I wanted it. Needless to say no proofs were ever sent and a week later the flasks showed up on my doorstep. The engraving was done do the letter of what I wanted, literally. Placement was not exactly how I wanted it so it looks a little off but IF proofs had been sent like I was assured they would, this would have been a 5 star rating. Customer service could be worked on a little since the 24 hour live chat is a hoax and proofing the engraving does not actually happen. All said and done, I would recommend the product because I do like it rather much.

I was very pleased with the end product...they are very classy looking gifts. The one thing i was disappointed with was the actual engraving. I expected it to be engraved into the metal...it appears as if it's almost like a "sticker" laid over top of the metal. Either way, it looks great!
