A retirement gift should say where he spent all those years. This board puts the company he gave them to right above his name, with the dates underneath, so his career is the first thing anyone reads when he brings it out to carve.
Every line is yours. Most people put his company on top, his name in the big block letters and his years on the bottom. Some make the middle say RETIRED and move his name up top. A team gift often reads FROM THE CREW. Leave the top or bottom line blank and we leave it off the board.

We will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes to personalization are not possible and once it is shipped changes to the shipping address is not possible.
