And the personalizing came out very nice. I am mostly disappointed with the late delivery of the gift. I had a few options in mind, but the promise of receiving the Stogies To Go personalized case in time of for the holiday made choose this product. The item was listed on the site as deliverable in time for Valentine's Day if ordered that day, which I did. When I didn't receive the case by 2/18, a full 4 days after the expected arrival, I contacted Customer Service via Chat. I was told it would arrive by 2/22, a full WEEK after the advertised date. After explaining that this was expected to be here on 2/14, the agent simply said there was nothing to do or help accommodate the delay. This experience could have been a 5-star if the gift arrived as advertised or the CS agent was more helpful/accommodating with my issue.
