I ordered 23 bags for tournament gifts. They came quickly, packaged well, and the bags are very nice. We haven’t handed them out yet, so I don’t have a general consensus from the league yet, but I’m sure they will love them

United StatesBy mistake, at the same time as I ordered the first gift, I ordered the 2nd. Both within hours. BOTH were engraved with same initials. AS SOON as i realized it I asked them to delete one gift. They refused...even though their own website indicated they had not been made yet. I call that "customer NO-SERVICE"...and will never deal with them again.
