How long does shipping take?
Many products ship within 1-2 business days from our facility in Monroe, CT and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Some products can take longer in production, so for the most accurate estimate on a specific item, check the product page. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via live chat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
