What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
