Received in a timely manner and gold cooler bag looked great! Would highly recommend if you're looking for something alil personal touch added.

Had an unplanned outside the US trip come up with only 9 days to get a gift for an uncle turning 80. Ordered two products: a beverage cooler and a custom golf ball stamp. After ordering I realized that one item would ship in a day, but the other item probably wouldn’t arrive before I departed. I contacted support, who called me shortly afterwards, and I asked if there was any way to get the shipment to me sooner. I was told they would reach out to the supplier to see if that was feasible, I got the first shipment three days after ordering and the last shipment after five days - a full five days early.
This is customer service. Highly recommend organization and the customizable products are great!

I needed 3 cooler bags to be used as prizes for a golf tournament this May. I wanted to incorporate our tournament logo. Working with George Keklik was super easy. He was able to take the logo image I provided and send me a mock-up in just a few days. Just received delivery of the coolers and they look great!

I didn’t expect for this to come in so quick, especially with Christmas right around the corner, but it did! I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the product and highly recommend!

I ordered three Birdie coolers for my Son's I only received two in the box the packing list said I received three I am waiting to get a response from customer service. I called and someone answered the phone they were so nice made me one and shipped today! Thank You!!!

What a cool and practical way to keep drinks cold while golfing

I ordered 3 of the little personalized coolers that fit into a golf club bag as gifts. I was confused about an email I received from them, so wrote them back. I received an immediate response from them. When they say they strive to have satisfied customers, they mean it! Great group of people…and the coolers were just as described.

Ordered 10 of these for golf tournament prizes - they came out great and the winners loved them! George, owner of Groovy Golfer was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He helped make sure the design came out looking how we wanted, and stepped up to get these produced and shipped (on fairly tight schedule) in time for our tournament. Would definitely recommend!
