Can each stein in my group have different names?

Yes. Fill in the lines for the first stein and add it to your cart, then change the text and add the next one. Each stein is engraved exactly as you typed it, so a wedding party can have Best Man on one and Groomsman on the rest.

Do I have to keep Oktoberfest on the top line?

No. The curved top line is yours to change, up to 25 characters. Customers have used a family name, a club name, and Grand Ruler Officiant for a wedding party. The crest, steins and laurel wreath stay the same.

Is the engraved stein dishwasher safe?

Yes. The design is laser engraved into the glass itself, so it will not wash off or fade in the dishwasher.

Is personalization/engraving really free?

Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Many products ship within 1-2 business days from our facility in Monroe, CT and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Some products can take longer in production, so for the most accurate estimate on a specific item, check the product page. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
