I ordered a gift for my partner for Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to arrive on 13 February. The item never arrived despite the fact that I had sent email messages, which were never answered. This company does not have a published phone number.It finally arrived on 28 Feb. It was a “silly” Valentine’s Day gift which means nothing after the fact. The quality is just so-so. I would have rather had a refund by the time it had arrived.

The shipping was timely. This was a Valentine's gift. I'm hoping it fits. The quality and personalization are on point. I ordered his regular size but it looks smaller. We'll see when he tries it on.
