The name only his grandkids call him, engraved in solid wood around his favorite photo.
- His grandpa name in bold capitals across the top, a star on each side: Grandpa, Pop Pop, Poppa, Grampy
- One more line along the bottom: EST. and the year he became Grandpa, the grandkids' names, or a few words
- Solid red alder with a glass front, sized for a 5 x 7 photo
- Easel back for a desk, shelf or nightstand, or hang it on the wall
Every grandpa has a name nobody else gets to use. Pop Pop. Grampy. Papa Joe. This frame puts that name in bold letters across the top, right above the photo of him with the people who gave it to him: the dock where he taught them to fish, the bleachers at the Saturday game, the couch where he reads the same book for the fortieth time.
The bottom line is where you finish the story. EST. 1968 for the year he first became Grandpa. JAKE - EMMA - LUKE so every grandkid is on it. BEST FISHING BUDDY. Or leave it off and let his name stand on its own. Every letter is burned into the wood in a warm brown, so the engraving looks like part of the frame rather than something printed on top.
How to Personalize
- Type his grandpa name for the top, such as GRANDPA, POP POP or PAPA JOE. It is engraved in capitals with a star on each side. Up to 12 characters.
- Optional: type a line for the bottom, engraved in capitals. EST. 1968, the grandkids' names with dashes between them like JAKE - EMMA - LUKE, or a few words. Up to 32 characters. Leave it blank for his name only.
- Double check the spelling, then add it to your cart.
