End of season comes and somebody has to organize the coach gift. It is usually a parent in a group chat, and it usually lands on a gift card because nobody could agree on anything better. This is the thing to agree on.
He gave up his weeknights and every Saturday morning from October to March. He ran practices in a cold rink, drove the van, and knew which kid needed a word and which one needed to be left alone. A gift card says thanks. His name engraved under crossed sticks says somebody actually thought about it.
A flask is one of the few coach gifts that does not end up in a closet. It goes in the jacket, comes out at the parent dinner and the tournament weekend, and still turns up years after those kids have moved up a level. The engraving is cut into the steel rather than printed on top, so it survives a few seasons in a bag with tape and a spare puck.
How to Personalize
- Enter his name. It engraves large in block capitals under the sticks. Many teams put Coach and his last name here, or just what the kids call him.
- Add the line underneath. Best Coach Ever is what the first photo shows. A season works well too, and so does a line that sounds like him: Hockey Is Life, Eat - Sleep - Hockey - Repeat, For The Love Of The Game, Always Hockey Season. Each of those is engraved on one of the photos above.
- Leave that line blank if you would rather his name stood on its own. It engraves clean either way.
Check your spelling before you add it to your cart, because we engrave exactly what you type. Every flask is laser engraved by hand in Monroe, Connecticut.
