How to Personalize
- Choose the box color from the dropdown: Cherry, Burl, or Black.
- Pick a font style for the name on the lid.
- Enter the name for the top of the box (example: Matthew).
- Enter the two initials for the inside of the lid, up to 6 characters (example: M + L).
- Write the message for the inside of the box, up to 60 characters (example: Through thick and thin. Love always, Lisa). Our engravers lay it out so it reads well on the lid.

Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?

We will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes to personalization are not possible and once it is shipped changes to the shipping address is not possible.
