The board the steak comes to the table on.
- Engraved King of the Grill over a spatula, fork and flame, with his name beneath
- Large 23 3/4 inch by 12 inch surface, room for a whole ribeye and the sides
- Carved drip ring around the edge that holds the resting juices instead of the tablecloth
- Solid bamboo, laser engraved into the wood rather than printed on top
- Rest and slice on it at the grill, carry it straight to the table
A steak needs ten minutes to rest before anybody touches it, and where it rests matters. This is nearly two feet of solid bamboo with a carved ring around the edge that keeps every drop where it belongs, so the slices stay in the juice instead of drying out on a plate.
His name sits under the rule in small caps, with the year underneath. King of the Grill and the spatula and fork are part of the design and stay the same on every board.
How to Personalize
- Enter the name, for example McCloskey. A last name, his first name, or what everyone calls him.
- Enter the year, for example 1998. It engraves along the bottom as EST. 1998.
