United StatesThe experience online was good. However, I was buying the personalized golf gloves for a friend. The site stated left handed or right handed. In my world left handed means the person plays left handed and thus would need a glove for the right hand. So the gloves were the wrong hand and the large size was much smaller than most brands of golf gloves. So a gift turned out bad by the communication on the site.
