How to Personalize
- Enter the address where you met in the address field - the map will automatically appear so you can see exactly where the heart will be placed.
- Review the map preview in the product image to confirm the location looks correct.
- Add a custom location name that will appear below the heart on the map ("Where it all began" appears at the top by default).
- Enter your names as you'd like them displayed beneath the map.
- Include your special date to complete the design.
- Confirm your design looks perfect in the preview image before adding to cart.

Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via live chat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
