    Can I see a preview of the personalization before it ships?

    It depends on the product. On many of our items, you'll see a live preview of your personalization right on the product page as you enter your text, so you can see exactly how it will look before you add it to your cart. For other products, you simply enter your text and our team takes it from there.

    Either way, here's what doesn't change: every single order is reviewed by our personalization team before anything gets engraved, embroidered, or printed. Our team takes real pride in getting the details right, and if something looks off or we have any questions about your order, we'll reach out before we start production.

    So whether you get a live preview or not, you're in good hands.

    What if my personalization is wrong on the item I received?

    If we made an error, we'll rush a corrected replacement to you at no cost. If the engraving matches what was entered at checkout, we'll work with you to make it right. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will get to work on replacing it.

    How do I enter my personalization details?

    On each product page, you'll see fields to enter your personalization (name, date, initials, message, etc.). Fill these out before adding to cart.

    On some of our products you'll even see a live preview update in real time as you type, so you know exactly what you're getting before you order. And before anything gets engraved or printed, our personalization team reviews every order to make sure the details are right. If we have any questions, we'll reach out before we start.

    Is personalization really free?

    Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details during checkout and we'll engrave it before shipping.

    We know a lot of sites lure you in with a low price and then tack on a customization fee right before you hit purchase. That's not how we do things. Free personalization has been part of the deal since day one, whether you're ordering one gift or eight.

    So go ahead and add the name, the date, the inside joke, whatever makes it theirs. It's all included.
